2.      WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Only online credit will be issued to all approved returns. There are no refunds!

Shipping is non refundable! All international orders are final; Approved RMAS will be given online credit and exchanges will be honored at the shipping expense of the customer. All sale purchases are final sale. We do not exchange sale items.

 

Please Note: You can only return the merchandise via mail. We cannot process returns for online orders at our flagship store. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances an online store credit will be issued.

If returning by mail you will receive an emailed online credit only to be online. All issued credits are the responsibility of the customer and if lost or stolen, Yumi Kim does not re-issue.

 

Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of YUMI KIM Shop Online. We only refund up to the price of FedEx Ground shipping.

 

Exchanges By Mail: Exchange requests on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase (please see instructions bellow). Items must be unwashed, unworn and all tags attached.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from customer service for all returns. RA# must be written on the outside of the packaging.

All returns are recommended to be sent via traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. YUMI KIM Shop is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. Exchanges and credit may take one or two weeks to process, you will receive a confirmation email when your credit has been processed.

 

3.      CAN I EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE I PURCHASE ONLINE AT ONE OF YOUR STORE LOCATIONS?

NO – Currently, online purchases can only be returned online for online credit or exchange.

 

4.      WHAT IS YUMI KIM’S PRICE ADJUSTEMENT POLICY?

When contacted, YUMI KIM will price adjust a sale item within 7 days of online purchase and give a online store credit in the amount of the item difference for future purchases.

7.      WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

YumiKimShop.com offers four (4) types of shipping options for delivery within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. All domestic packages are shipped via FedEx.

Ground (5 to 7 business days) - $8

3 Day Air (3 Business days) - $20

2nd Day Air (2 Business day) - $25

Next Day Air (1 Business day) - $40

GIFT CARDS Ground (5 to 7 business days) - $2.50

NOTE: There are no Saturday or Sunday delivery

8.      DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES, but there will be no returns or exchanges on international order.

 

International Shipping:

Price: Charges starts at $60 Recipient is Responsible for all duties/ taxes/fees

We ship to Bermuda, Canada, England, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Sweden, and Turkey.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx does not ship via ground to international orders outside of the U.S. Any promotions pertaining to ground shipping applies only to orders shipped in the U.S.

 

9.      DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

NO –We do not ship to multiple addresses at this time. If you would like items to go to separate addresses you must place separate orders for each of the addresses.

 

10.      HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

You can also track you shipped order by referring to your order confirmation for the FedEx tracking number. Then enter your tracking number on the FedEx website at www.fedex.com to track your shipment.

 

11.  HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order with YumiKim.com is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the add to bag button on the item’s product detail page.

 

When you proceed to checkout you will be shown your shipping bag for review. Then click on checkout.

Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You will receive two (2) e-emails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm again that your order was received. The second will confirm your order was shipped and will contain a FedEx tracking number which you can use to determine the status of your package.

**ORDER PROCESSING CAN TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS (EST) ORDERS ARE ONLY PROCESSED.

 

PLEASE NOTE: An order may need to be placed on hold. If this happens, we will contact you within one (1) business day to verify all necessary information and complete the order process. Necessary information might include a correct credit card number or expiration date, a question about a shipping address or an unexpected inventory issue. Once you have been contacted, YUMI KIM reserved the right to cancel the order after ten (3) business days if no response is received.
