YUMI KIM will gladly accept merchandise returns for an ONLINE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days from the date of delivery with a correctly filled out Returns Form which is contained within each order. We do not give cash, credit card, or pay pal account refunds. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Online Credit is ONLY REDEEMABLE AT YUMIKIM.COM and can not be used at YUMI KIM stores or any other locations that sell Yumi Kim merchandise.
Upon receipt of returned goods, YUMI KIM reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
When placing your YUMIKIM.COM order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 2pm EST will ship on the next business day. YUMIKIM.COM is unable to guarantee expedited shipping requests if order is placed later than 2PM EST.
YUMIKIM.COM will provide a FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that Yumi Kim cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We want to make your refund or exchange experience easy. Please fill out the RETURN FORM (enclosed with your purchase), note your order # and the reason for the return in the space indicated. Place the return slip and the merchandise you wish to return in a secure package (we advise that you maintain a copy of your packing slip for your records).
Returns are accepted by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. All returns are recommended to be sent via traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.YUMI KIM is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

YUMIKIM.COM offers 3 FedEx services: Free Ground Shipping with qualifying order, 2-Day Shipping $15 and up, and Standard Overnight Shipping $20 and up.
WHAT IS THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING CUT-OFF?
Orders placed after 2PM EST Monday-Thursday will not be guaranteed 2nd Dayor Standard Overnight delivery. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be eligible for 2nd Day or Standard Overnight shipping.
