Return Policy
Only online credit will be issued to all approved returns. There are no refunds!
Shipping is non refundable! All international orders are final; Approved Returns will be given online credit and exchanges will be honored at the shipping expense of the customer. All sale purchases are final sale. We do not exchange sale items.
Returns are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
When sending back your return please include the return form at the bottom of your invoice. Please state the Qty Returned and state the Reason Code.
Please Note: You can only return the merchandise via mail. We cannot process returns for online orders at our flagship store. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances an online store credit will be issued.
If returning by mail you will receive an emailed online credit only to be online. All issued credits are the responsibility of the customer and if lost or stolen, Yumi Kim does not re-issue.
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of YUMI KIM Online. We only refund up to the price of FedEx Ground shipping.
Exchanges By Mail: Exchange requests on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase (please see instructions bellow). Items must be unwashed, unworn and all tags attached.

All returns are recommended to be sent via traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. YUMI KIM Online is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. Exchanges and credit may take one or two weeks to process, you will receive a confirmation email when your credit has been processed.
Currently, online purchases can only be returned online for online credit or exchange.
