WHO HANDLES YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

*Update to UK VAT:

Due to a recent Taxation Act passed in the UK, VAT must be collected on all low-value orders being shipped to the UK with the new UK VAT scheme, all businesses must collect 20% VAT at the time of sale on all orders with a product total of £135 or lower.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

YUMIKIM.COM will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the estimated delivery date. YUMI KIM cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!

We try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order from our New Jersey warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow up to 10 business days of additional processing time for orders placed with Passport International Shipping.  International orders are typically delivered within 21 business days once the order has been fulfilled. 

MY PACKAGE SEEMS TO HAVE STOPPED MOVING

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

*Due to COVID-19 precautions, packages may takelonger than expected to process. Your estimated delivery date may be updated based on new information and data from your country. Please allow up to a month for delivery.
