YK VIP REWARDS is our free loyalty program. It’s a way to reward our most dedicated customers every time they shop. Get points that turn into cash, a birthday gift and exclusive perks like early access to sale events and new drops.
Signing up is super easy. Create a free account HERE and enter your name, email and password. You’ll automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, events and our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us, you’re automatically enrolled in VIP Rewards, so you can sign in, shop and start earning points!
You can view your rewards level and points by logging into your account and clicking "YK Loyalty Rewards".
Log in to your account and your rewards will be right there ready to use, or simply apply your points at checkout.
Yes! You'll need at least 250 points to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance any time on your Loyalty page.
Yes! Points are typically based on what you pay after discounts, so discounted purchases still earn.
Unfortunately, points can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
Log in to your account and your points balance will be right at the top of the page.
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, and any earning or redemption activity resets the clock.
Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.
Yes! In most cases you can combine points with other promotions, and any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday, though if you enter your birthday within 1 day of the date, the reward will be issued on your next birthday instead.
Unfortunately not! Points can only be applied before an order is completed.
